He dreamt to start an integrated learning cum health centre for the slum & stree children, seeing the need for providing free medical aid and skill development of deprived children with special focus on slum and street kids, Mr Rajendra Saxena, a young man in her late twenties decided to help Children & Women of underprivileged section on his own. After working for more than half a decade in the field of social development, he founded an NGO by the name of Saksons Institute for Child Education Research& Development Trust in the year 1997. Since then he has been leading this organization very successfully. With his dedicated efforts, SICERDT first started with funding small efforts and grew steadily. After few years, SICERDT started its own Young Enterpeneaurs Skill Centre to cater to the needs of skill development in children. Till Today, hundreds of children have been benefitted in the areas of education and health with his efforts. Mr.Rajendra Saxena has been a person with never say die attitude and has managed to sail through all the challenges with persistence. At present he is leading a team of over 15 people in the organization who are also being coached and mentored by him periodically.
